At the age of six, she was able to win the contest using an outdated board that was found in the garbage in front of her home. Young surfer started her journey into surfing at the age of 5 years of age and won the first surf competition at the age of six. At age 7 she got a sponsor. Additionally, she was awarded two National Scholastic Surfing Association Championships in addition to winning the Professional Surfing Tour of America title. Ashley was the 2009 Pipeline Women's Pro winner in Hawaii. Ashley is ranked 59th in the 2014 Women's Qualification Series. Anastasia Ashley posed for Sport's Illustrated magazine and Maxim Magazine in 2014. The year 2014 was the time that Anastasia Ash created her Gypsy Jet Set collection in collaboration with OK1984.
